SHIPPING

Shipping at Segway Parts USA is free to all continental 48 states with few exceptions.  For those ordering to locations in the Florida Keys or any other address that contains a similar anomily that grossly increases shipping cost please contact us prior to ordering.  Also if you will be shipping to Hawaii or Alaska additional charges will be added during checkout.

RETURNS

  • We want customers to be happy with their products and buy with confidence.  We ask that if you have any questions about an item to please contact us (417-593-9503) before ordering as you are responsible in making sure it is compatible with your Segway.

  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on hardware items only (tires, cargo rails, ect..).  Returns WILL NOT be accepted on items that contain software or warranties specific to your machine such as keys and batteries.

  • Buyer will pay all return shipping cost and items must be received in new condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

  • Refunds will not be granted for items that are lost or destroyed in the mail which is why we advise you use a service which provides insurance and tracking numbers.

  • All returns must be approved before they are shipped.  Buyers must contact us prior to shipping items and receive a return material authorization (RMA) number to accompany their items.  This is done to expedite the process.  Items returned without RMA's will be sent back to sender.

  • Refunds will take place once products are received

WARRANTIES

Segway Parts USA ships all products through Fedex (large items) or USPS (smaller/cheaper items).  With items costing less than $100 we reserve the right to use USPS.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect packages before signing at which point they will take responsibility for the items (carriers may or may not honor insurance at this point).  All items will be adequately packaged however please open and inspect the contents before signing if it looks like the box has been severely damaged. Other than one lost package we have never had an item not arrive intact since opening in 2012.  

*shipping charges are added for Alaska And Hawaii orders.  Sorry folks but it is too expensive to ship for free to those states.
